Young Pioneers Enrichment Program (YPEP) is designed to cultivate a generation of pioneers within families, schools, communities and the world at large. Its focus is to help youth and young adults improve and strengthen their character, social and emotional health, and leadership skills.
The Young Pioneers 3D curriculum (YP3D) consist of three dimensions: Distinguished, Determined to Pursue My Dreams and Destined For Greatness. The lessons focus on self-esteem, decision making, goal setting and more! The sessions range from 60 minutes to 90 minutes as needed. YPEP can be implemented in schools, churches, after-school programs, camps and youth conferences. The lessons are fun-filled, inspiring and empowering.

The goals of this dimension include developing strategies to become self-aware, increase self-efficacy, and demonstrate good character at home, school and in the community.

The goal of this dimension includes developing career readiness skills and exploring the attributes of a professional.
The mission of Young Pioneers Enrichment Center is to equip youth with character and personal development skills through programs and trainings that will enhance their overall health and wellbeing.
